Shaw Says "for the up and coming player"

 

The New Babolat Drive Z-Lite for 2007 utilizes a vibration filter called Cortex at the top of the handle. Cortex is used in several of Babolat's players racquets to enhance feel by cancelling only the 2 highest vibration frequencies. Only those frequencies that enhance feel are permitted to pass through the Cortex filter. Other than the addition of the Cortex filter (and a snazzy new paint scheme) Babolat has kept the specifications on this new version of the Drive Z-Lite w/ Cortex the same as the outgoing Drive Z-Lite. The Babolat Drive Z-Lite still has the feel of a "players" racquet with a solid, stable, comfortable feel, but with a broader appeal due to its lighter weight. Geared to the intermediate to advanced player possessing a longer, faster swing, who will appreciate the slightly lighter and more maneuverable feel versus the regular Pure Drive.
